Troy Nicholson
Troy Nicholson was raised in Lubbock, Texas and attended Hardin Simmons University where he graduated with a double major in economics and political science. He then attended law school at Texas Tech University where he graduated in 2016. Before starting his own practice, he worked for a personal injury law firm and as in-house counsel for an automobile group.
Troy prefers to spend his free time with his wife and three children. When Troy isn’t with his family you are likely to find him outside. He has a passion for skiing, hunting, golfing, camping, cooking, grilling, and seeing new places – he encourages you ask about these. He is a proud board member of a non-profit youth outdoors organization named “Protecting Outdoors and Teaching Texas Youth”.
Troy has plans to use proceeds from his law business to help his family and his community. He dreams of moving his family to the mountains to hunt and ski more than he practices law.
Mitchell Williams
Mitch Williams was born and raised on a fourth-generation ranch in Southwest Oklahoma, where he learned the values of hard work, commitment, and integrity—principles he carries into his legal practice. Since 2017, Mitch has focused on wills, probate, and estate administration, helping families navigate the complexities of Texas law with clarity and care.
He is dedicated to guiding clients through every step of estate planning and probate, from drafting wills and powers of attorney to managing estate administration efficiently. Mitch prides himself on maintaining the highest legal standards while providing compassionate, hands-on support to his clients during challenging times.
Mitch’s is currently a lecturer for the Texas Tech School of Law and has professional experience includes roles at Owen, Voss, Owen, and Melton, P.C., and as a solo practitioner at The Law Offices of Mitchell A. Williams, PLLC. He earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Texas Tech School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Oklahoma State University, and further honed his skills at Gideon’s Promise Trial College, enhancing his ability to advocate effectively for clients.
